We play birthdays, retirements, graduations, and other celebrations all over Hamilton County, and on the north side of Indianapolis too. Whatever you're marking, live music turns it into an occasion your guests will remember.
Backyard parties
Backyard Party Music in Carmel and Westfield
Backyard parties are one of our specialties. We've played patios, decks, and living rooms, and we bring our own PA system, so there's no stage or venue to arrange. A Westfield backyard or a Zionsville patio is all the stage we need.
- Neighbors and volume: we're an acoustic duo, so we play at a level your guests can talk over, and we'll turn it down whenever you ask.
- Rain plan: we decide on a case-by-case basis, and we'll talk it through with you ahead of time.
- Covered space: our equipment has to stay dry, so a covered or shaded spot is a big help.
- Power: an outlet or a sturdy extension cord within reach of where we'll play.

Will you fit in our living room?
Almost certainly. If you can clear a corner about 8 by 8 feet near an outlet, we'll fit. We've played living rooms, patios, and decks, and we always make it work.
Can you mix holiday songs with everyday favorites?
Yes. Tell us how festive you'd like the evening to be, from a few holiday classics to plenty of them, and we'll plan the mix around your party.
How early should we book for a December party?
As soon as you've scheduled your party, because holiday dates go quickly. Even if it's last minute, contact us. If we can make it work, we will.
The music
Sing-Along Favorites and Songs for the Guest of Honor
A private party brings every generation together, so we play songs people actually know: classic rock, pop, country, soul, and folk that your aunt and your nephew can both sing along to.
Tell us about the guest of honor: a favorite artist, the song from their wedding, the music they grew up with. Send it ahead of time and we'll do our best to include it. We also take requests on the night from the songs we know.

Private Party Questions
How much does it cost to hire a band for a private party?
Every party is a little different, so we quote each one. What affects the price most is how many hours you'd like, whether it's a weekend or a holiday, and how far we travel. Parties around Carmel, Fishers, and the rest of our area are close to home. A duo costs much less than a full band, and you still get real live music. Send us your date and we'll reply within 24 hours with a quote.
How far ahead should I book?
Book as soon as you've scheduled your event. Even if it's last minute, contact us. If we can make it work, we will.
How long do you play?
Most private parties work well with 2 to 3 hours of music, played in sets with short breaks. We'll fit the schedule to your party.
Is live music really better than a playlist?
Both have their place, but guests notice live music right away. It gives your party a personality, gets people talking, and makes the night feel like an occasion. For a milestone, it's worth it.
What if something comes up and you can't make it?
We've never missed a performance. If a true emergency ever came up, we'd call you right away and work to find a solution, including connecting you with musicians we trust. Every booking comes with a signed agreement that spells out what happens in that case.
