What We Need From You
Setup time
About an hour to set up and sound check before your guests arrive. We'll agree on an arrival time with you ahead of the event.
Space
An area about 8 by 8 feet on a flat surface. No stage needed.
Power
Power within reach of where we'll play. We bring our own PA, microphones, and cables.
Indoors or outdoors
Both. An office, restaurant, or event space, or outside at a company picnic. Outdoors in summer, we'll need some shade.

Holiday Party Questions From Hamilton County Companies
When should we book a band for our holiday party?
As early as you can. October through December is peak season. We suggest at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead for most events, and more for the holidays. Short notice is still worth asking about. If we're free, we'll make it work.
Do you play holiday songs?
Yes. We mix holiday favorites like Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, A Holly Jolly Christmas, and Let It Snow in with the familiar songs we play all year. Tell us how festive you'd like the night to be and we'll plan the mix around it.
Can you play in our office or a restaurant's private room?
Usually, yes. Whether it's an office in Westfield or a private dining room in Zionsville, we need an area about 8 by 8 feet on a flat surface, with power within reach. We keep the volume conversation-friendly, which suits offices and private dining rooms.
Can you keep it quiet during dinner and pick it up afterward?
Yes. Most holiday parties work best that way: easygoing music while people arrive and eat, then livelier songs once dinner is over.

A company crowd spans every age, so we stick to familiar crowd-pleasers from classic rock, pop, country, soul, and folk, and we skip anything polarizing.
Send us any must-play songs or artists ahead of time so we can prepare. We're also happy to take requests on the night from the songs we know.

Questions From Indianapolis Event Planners
How much does live music cost for a corporate event?
It depends on how long you'd like us to play, the day and time of year, and travel. Events in Hamilton County and on the north side of Indianapolis are close to home for us. As a duo, we cost less than a full band while still giving you a polished live performance. Send us your date and we'll reply within 24 hours with a quote.
How long do you play?
Most corporate events work well with 2 to 3 hours of music, played in sets with short breaks. We'll build the schedule around your event, whether that's music through dinner or a longer evening.
Can we request songs?
Yes. Send us must-play songs or artists ahead of time so we can prepare. We're also happy to take requests on the night from the songs we know.
Do you provide a written agreement?
Yes, every time. Each booking gets a simple performance agreement covering the date, time, location, length of performance, and payment terms, so there are no surprises on the day.
What happens if one of you gets sick?
We take every booking seriously and have never missed a performance. If an emergency ever came up, we'd contact you right away and do everything we can to find a solution, including connecting you with musicians we trust.
