About Todd & Leah Severson
We started playing music together simply for the joy of it — learning songs we loved, singing together, and sharing music with friends. What began as a hobby after our daughters left home quickly grew into something more. Before long we were performing at restaurants, breweries, private parties, and events throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana.
We've been married for over 30 years. For most of that time we called Westfield home, and we recently put down new roots in Carmel. Either way, Central Indiana has always been our community — we know these neighborhoods, these venues, and these audiences.
When you book Forget the Name, you're not dealing with an agency or a band manager. You're working directly with us — the two people who will show up, set up, and play your event.

Yes — always. We bring our own professional PA system, microphones, cables, and all necessary gear to every performance. You don't need to coordinate audio equipment with your venue. We handle setup and breakdown.
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekend dates during peak seasons like the holiday party season and summer wedding season. That said, reach out even on short notice. If we're available, we'll make it work.
Most events work well with 2–3 hours of live music performed in sets with short breaks in between. We'll work with you to build a performance schedule that fits the flow of your event.
